1-Day Crimping Machine Training Successfully Conducted for Parts Department Team
Archon Philippines continues to strengthen its technical capability and after-sales excellence with the successful completion of a 1-Day Crimping Machine Training held on November 22, 2025, headed by Sir Honorio Quinio, one of the company’s most skilled and experienced technical trainers.
The training gathered key Parts Department members who ensure the accuracy, safety, and quality of hydraulic hose preparation and assembly, vital for heavy equipment maintenance and customer support. Sir. Quinio opened the session with an orientation on the importance of correct hose crimping, emphasizing its impact on machine performance, operator safety, and customer satisfaction. He highlighted common issues caused by improper crimping, such as leaks, premature hose failure, and downtime, and explained how mastery of the crimping process contributes to Archon’s commitment to delivering reliable after-sales support.
The hands-on portion of the training focused on machine setup, die selection, measurement standards, pressure calibration, and quality assurance checks. Participants were given the opportunity to operate the crimping machine directly, guided closely by Sir Quinio to ensure proper technique and adherence to safety protocols. The training also reinforced the company’s standards on workplace safety, proper storage of hydraulic components, and documentation procedures for parts issuance and service support.
